✨Please read carefully✨ •By booking an appointment you agree to have read all policies and booking info below •A non-refundable deposit will be required to book your appointment, which will need to be paid within 24 hrs to avoid cancellation •All remaining balances must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment GENERAL INFORMATION •Come with bare HEALTHY nails (no acrylic, no gel nail polish unless it is my work) •Every Gel-X nail set requires a new set so please book a soak off if you will be needing one •Add proper add-ons to your appointment to ensure your time slot does not interfere with other available time slots •ARRIVE ON TIME to your appointment. You have a 10 minutes grace period. 10+ WILL result in an automatic cancellation. If I choose to take you after 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your total. •No-call/No-shows will be banned from booking •Nail repairs start at $5 per finger depending on intricacy of the design. •DM me any inspiration pictures for your desired set. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY •Deposits are NEVER refundable. •Please cancel 48 hours prior or more if necessary to avoid paying a cancellation fee. •My cancellation fee is 50% of your scheduled service and 100% of your schedule service for no-shows, your deposit will NOT be transferrable. •You are considered a no-show if you are 10 minutes late without any communication. •To reschedule appointments, you are forfeiting your original deposit and must pay the deposit to book again unless discussed prior. In other words, deposits are not transferrable. You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee if it is within 48 hrs of your scheduled appointment. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service for any cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment and 100% of the scheduled service for no-shows.
